1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using Hookframe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. THE SERVICE Hookframe provides AI-assisted generation of YouTube scripts, storyboards, image prompts and SEO metadata. Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, originality or fitness for any particular purpose. 3. ACCOUNTS You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. 4. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes third-party rights; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (c) resell or sublicense raw access to the Service. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING Hookframe is operated by Diogo Fernandes. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe handles all secure payment processing. We offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of the initial transaction. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, subject to the underlying model providers' terms, of the output generated for you. The Service, its branding, software and underlying prompts remain the exclusive property of Hookframe. 7. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for abusive behavior. You may close your account at any time. 8. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hookframe disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. 9. CHANGES We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. 10. CONTACT For any question regarding these Terms, use the Contact Us form inside the app. YOUTUBE DOWNLOADER FAIR USE • The YouTube Downloader is subject to fair-use daily quotas: 1 download per day on the Free plan and 6 downloads per day on Pro, to keep server speeds optimal for everyone. • 720p HD and audio-only downloads are available on all plans. 1080p Full HD and 4K Ultra HD downloads require an active Pro subscription. • You are responsible for respecting copyright and YouTube's Terms of Service when downloading content.
