1. WHO WE ARE Hookframe ("we", "us") operates this Service and acts as the data controller for personal data described below. 2. DATA WE COLLECT • Account data: email, hashed password (or OAuth identifier), language preference, plan, generation counters. • Content data: the prompts you submit and the storyboards/scripts you save. • Billing data: handled by our payment processor Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd. acts as Merchant of Record). We receive subscription status and the last 4 digits of your card — never full card numbers. • Technical data: IP address, browser type, basic usage logs needed for security and debugging. 3. HOW WE USE DATA • To provide and operate the Service (generate, save and display your scripts). • To process subscriptions and prevent fraud. • To respond to support requests submitted via Contact Us. • To improve the Service (aggregated, non-identifying analytics). 4. LEGAL BASIS (GDPR) Performance of a contract (account & subscription), legitimate interest (security, product improvement), and consent (optional communications). You may withdraw consent at any time. 5. AI PROCESSING Your prompts are sent to AI model providers (Google, OpenAI) via the Lovable AI Gateway solely to generate your output. We do not use your prompts to train models. 6. SHARING We share data only with the processors strictly necessary to run the Service: Supabase (database & auth), Paddle (payments), and the AI providers above. We never sell personal data. 7. RETENTION Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure. Backups are purged within 90 days. Billing records are retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years). 8. YOUR RIGHTS You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by contacting us via the Contact Us form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. 9. COOKIES We use strictly necessary cookies (authentication session) and local storage for your language preference. No third-party advertising cookies. 10.
