We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or manage your order, please visit paddle.net. Our payment provider Paddle processes all refund requests. You can also contact us via the Contact Us form inside the app.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Refunds apply to your first billing period. Subsequent renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent.
4. PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
